Right of withdrawal

As a customer with us, you get an extended 30-day satisfaction guarantee. It runs out 30 days after the date you placed your order.

This means you have 30 days from the order date to let us know that you want to cancel your purchase. You can email us at info@reliefr.com or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of our terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel your purchase simply by refusing to accept the parcel without also letting us know.

CANCELLING PART OF YOUR PURCHASE

If you have bought several items from us, you can return one or more of them, even if they were bought in a single order. Please note that the shipping costs are not refunded if you cancel only part of your purchase.
