Guide - How to shop with us

We have put together a simple step-by-step guide to shopping on our website. If you have not shopped online before, or are unsure how it works, please read the guide below carefully.

To place an order with us, just follow these steps:

1. Find the product or products you want and add them to your cart. On the page of the product you want, click "Add to cart". When your cart is open, click the "Go to payment" button to go to the checkout.

2. Enter your details: your first name, surname, email address, home address and phone number.

3. Choose how you want your order delivered and how you want to pay. Depending on your country, you can have your parcel sent to a parcel shop near your address or delivered to your home. We ship with DHL, Hermes, Mondial Relay, Colis Privé or Posti, depending on the country. The shipping price depends on your country and is shown at checkout, and shipping to a parcel shop is free on orders from €100. You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), PayPal, Klarna (most countries), Scalapay (most countries), Apple Pay or Google Pay, and in some countries also with Bizum (ES), Satispay (IT), MB WAY (PT) or Przelewy24 (PL).

4. Accept our terms and conditions and privacy policy. You need to accept our terms and conditions before you can complete your order.

5. Check that all your details are correct on the summary page, then confirm your order.

6. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email showing what you have bought and the price. Orders placed before 11:00 (CET) on a weekday are shipped the same day, and delivery takes 2-3 working days after dispatch. When we have packed your order, you will receive another email with your tracking number. You can use it to follow your order until you collect it from the parcel shop or it is delivered to your home.
