DELIVERY & PAYMENT

About delivery:

Delivery to a parcel shop is free on all orders of €100 or more. On smaller orders, the shipping price depends on your country (about €4–€15, Cyprus €39) and is shown at checkout. The price of home delivery also depends on your country and is shown at checkout.

Delivery time:

Delivery takes 2-3 working days after we have shipped your order (5-6 days to Cyprus). We ship with DHL, Hermes, Mondial Relay, Colis Privé or Posti, depending on your country. You can choose delivery to a parcel shop and, in most countries, home delivery.

If you order before 11:00 (CET) on a weekday, we ship your order the same day.

About payment:

You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), PayPal, Klarna and Scalapay (most countries), Apple Pay or Google Pay. In some countries you can also pay with Bizum (Spain), Satispay (Italy), MB WAY (Portugal) or Przelewy24 (Poland). The money is only taken from your account when we ship your order. All prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT.

RESERVATION OF THE AMOUNT

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved straight away. The money stays reserved on your card or account until:
1) we take the amount when we ship your order, or
2) the money is released according to your agreement with your card issuer.
Your card issuer can tell you more about the rules for your card. We do not charge card fees.
